Texas Association of Community Health Centers (TACHC) Executive Director, TACHC Clinically Integrated Network

Franchella Jennett is the Executive Director of the TACHC Clinically Integrated Network. She is leading the collaboration of community health centers (or Federally Qualified Health Centers, FQHCs) in Texas to the goal of improved patient outcomes and financial sustainability through more value-based care focused operations and contracting. Franchella started her career at an FQHC and she is excited to reconnect with their mission driven work. She is an experienced leader in population health, having most recently managed multiple provider-hospital networks for Advocate Health Care. Her experience also includes establishing a provider sponsored Medicaid Accountable Care Organization, developing value-based care arrangements with payers, implementing utilization management analytic platforms, and coaching practice transformation for primary and specialty care. Her interests are incorporating the right technological solutions for advancing value-driven outcomes, and she loves to thought-share about new digital innovations. She lives in Austin, Texas with her husband, three young boys, and two senior dogs. Franchella loves teaching group exercise to personally promote improved health outcomes and wellness.
